  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation and usually arrive within 5 days.
  • The delivery charge depends on the product and your area, and is always shown before you confirm the order.
  • Some products require the delivery charge to be paid online at checkout; the product amount stays cash on delivery.

Return & refund policy

  • You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective or not as described.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Once we receive and check the item, the refund is issued to the same method you paid with.

Payment policy

  • Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver.
  • Online payment (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) is used for prepaid delivery charges and is processed securely.
  • We never ask for your PIN or OTP — nobody from this store will call you for it.

Privacy policy

  • We collect only your name, mobile number and address so we can deliver your order.
  • Your details are shared with the courier for delivery and are never sold to anyone.
  • You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
